The scene represents a meeting between two project managers  and an employee from the human resources department , the subject is going through and discussing some trainees’ applications to decide whom to hire .

PM1 (zineb) : hello everyone thanks for coming today, so this meeting is being held to discuss the internship applications we’ve received and by the end of it we need to have decisions made on who to keep depending on our needs for each project . Any questions before we get the ball rolling ?

HR (Nourchene):  No, but i have to say that we have a lot of applications we may not be able to go through all of them today so we should really stick to the agenda.

PM2 (Khalil): First i would like to start with this student that caught my attention ,she’s working on her bachelor’s degree this year and according to her resume she’s got all the skills needed for the job , her name was chloe i guess .

HR(Nourchene) : Don’t you mean Clara ? Because we don’t have any application under the name Chloe .

PM2(Khalil): Oh yeah i mean Clara sorry !

PM1(zineb) : I’m afraid considering her is gonna be a little tricky despite the fact that she comes from a really good university, i mean since she doesn’t really have any experience and our company and our company usually targets master’s degree students .

HR (Nourchene): I’m gonna have to disagree, i mean if she has all what it takes for the job skill wise why not consider her plus she’s gonna cost us less.

PM2 (Khalil) : that's just the point i was trying to make! i really think we should keep her as an option, she's gonna make the perfect   addition to my team .

PM1 (zineb): OKAY faire enough , let’s move on  to marc over here , i think he’s pretty interesting for our web developer offer he’s done two internships in the past and both of them were involving web development , what do you guys think ?

HR(Nourchene) :  i suppose so , i also found out that his feedback from his interview were pretty good.

PM1 (zineb) : and perhaps in the near future we can hire him to replace joey who’s moving to another department to head up . Khalil how is it going on in your department i heard that the secretary has been having trouble keeping up with the work maybe we should get an assistant to help her out  .

PM2 (Khalil): OH i was waiting for that to come up , yes i guess with all the projects flowing and so many meetings she's been overwhelmed getting her an assistant would be a good idea.

HR (Nourchene): Totally out of question, she’s only acting like that because she’s not familiar with the job yet, but in all honesty it’s about time she gets over that stress, i disagree on the fact that she has a lot of work, all of the secretaries in our company have the same amount of work and none of them have complained about it so far.
