Did you know that Internet censorship is very different around the world? Censorship is a vital factor in the preservation and protection of your personal information. Development of the Internet has given rise to the information explosion, so that people can add and read any information on the Internet. Internet censorship is a kind of censorship. We can have politic censorship, school censorship, etc. The question here is do censorship should remain? Personally I think that we should remain censorship because it protect our personal information and fight against pirating of music, movies, and child pornography.

First of all, censorship protect our personal information. When information are hard to share it’s more difficult and less accessible to stole information or identity from other person.in other words, it can reduce the instances of information breeches through hacking. Its logic too think that if we have less access to content that need personal information we will have less leak on internet. For example, someone who want to steel information from me will have more difficulties because I don’t use site that need my personal information.

Second of all, censorship fight against harmful activities. Censorship limit access to harmful things like child pornography or others violence content. If a child go on internet there less chance he can see explicit content or sexual content. For example, a kid who is searching on the internet for game to play will not have information or explicit video if he doesn’t search for it.

Some people claim that the fact that the government use censorship it’s a way to choose the information that they want us to see and block other point of view. For them it removes all autonomy and decision-making that they can have without censorship. One of the biggest arguments against censorship that it doesn’t let us have the liberty to express ourselves and it take away our freedom. While it is true that in a certain way its restrain our freedom of expression. Nonetheless, it helps to prevent homophobic, racist or inappropriate content.

In conclusion, I think that censorship is a way to prevent our kids or ourselves to have direct access with explicit content or information.in addition, it can help us to protect our information and it fight against a leaking of our information. It make a protection in a certain way against people with bad intention. You should do more research on the benefits of having censorship and I hope you will understand more my point of view. You will be more informed on how censorship help us on the internet.
