Orlando Jonathan Bloom is an English actor. He is known because he played in lots of  famous rewarded movies.

First I am going to talk about his life.

Then I will explain you about his filmography and what role he is famous for.

Finally i will tell you what my favorite movies he plays in are.

So, Orlando Bloom is born on January the 13 of 1977 in Canterbury, England. He grew up thinking the husband of his mother, Harry Saul Bloom, was his father but at the age of thirteen he actually finds out that his real father is Collin Stone, a friend of the family.
In 1993, at the age of 16, he went in London for two years in order to follow photographic and drama classes at Fine Arts College. He is dyslexic and his drama lessons helped him with this problem. It was Orlando's mother who prompted him to follow the drama classes, because she knew that was able to help him with his problem. In the following years, he joined the National Youth Theater and then the prestigious British American Drama Academy. He has one child with Australian model Miranda Kerr. Bloom was also named a UNICEF Ambassador in 2009. He is currently in a relationship with the singer Katy Perry

(He have a sister called Samantha who is two years older than him. His mother’s name is Sonia Constance.)

Well, Orlando play in many different type of films. He started his carreer in « Oscar Wilde » in 1997. From 2001 to 2014 He played the rôle of the elf Legolas in the well known « The Lord of the rings » and « The Hobbit » saga. By the way, did you know that he broke his ribs during the shoot of the second « Lord of the Rings ». During a high speed pursuit he fall from his horse. He was one of the main character in Troy in 2004. He also played in 3 of the « Pirates of the Caribbean » movie saga along with Johnny Depp.

Finally, my favorite movies definitely are « The Lord of the rings » and « The Hobbit » saga because i personally love fantastic and adventure films. But the only one i know by heart is « The Lord of the Rings : The Two Towers » i can watch it 5times a day! Each of the movie are 2hours and a half long because the story have so many details. Orlando Bloom also match perfectly with the character he plays.

As a conclusion i would say i have chosen to talk about Orlando Bloom because he is one of the main character in my favorite film since im a kid.
