Yssingeaux is more populated than Bannockburn.

Bannockburn is smaller than Yssingeaux.

It would be possible to twin Yssingeaux with Bannockburn because there is almost the same number of inhabitants, there is a stream and it is possible to make different sports in both cities. Stirling could not be to twin with Yssingeaux because Stirling is a too big city in comparison with Yssingeaux and there is much more of attractivities and of activities than is Yssingeaux.
