To begin with, we shall start with Quorum’s current situation:

  1. Situation Analysis:

-This section aims to define Quorum and it’s services ( Client-service relationship ).

-Quorum is an app that would be available on both play store and apple ; Therefore, the app would be reachable by Smart devices’ users ( estimated to up to 55% of the Spanish population only).

  1. Mission:
  • Quorum facilitates the connection of people based on their shared interests and hobbies, away from daily life stress and helps users benefit from the work life balance opportunity.
  • The outs and abouts provided by the app are also in collaboration with its multiple partners which distinguish Quorum from all other apps in the market.

  1.  Goals:
  1.  Optimize the number of downloads and users as a result on both operators (mentioned right up).

  1.  Target audiences:

-It has become extremely specialized and segmented; Therefore, Quorum targets Smart devices users starting by the age of 18.

  1. Market situation:

-Social Media usage is a regular daily activity for many people and the most used social network in Spain is Facebook, although the local platform “Tuenti” has the highest number of users.

-Tinder: the popular GPS-based dating app that matches people up with others is one of the most used apps in Spain, (The country occupies the top 10 of those to Tinder).

-New concept of the app that distinguish it from other apps:

=> Development mode used is the Specialization

-Knowing who to target exactly as some people may confound it with only dating apps.

-Easy and accessible innovation opportunities that may help attack new different audience segments.

-55% of the Spanish people use multiple apps through their smart devices: Both stores offer users the opportunity to an easy access to the app.

-The ferocious competition going from dating apps to most used apps such as facebook , twitter and the travel agencies.
