  • What were your responsibilities

I had various responsibilities in my previous job. It was mostly about coaching other employees and work together as a team. But also maintains marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. Obviously, a big part of my personal work was to contribute to the marketing effectiveness.

  • Have you ever had difficulty working with a manager?

Yes, it’s sometimes difficult I think, but in the end, I always know that it’s a manager.

The manager gives you a task to accomplish and even if the result seems perfect to you, you probably worked really hard, well if it’s not what he wanted you to do, you have to do it again. At first, it’s hard but then you’re used to it & that’s how it works.

 

  • What is your greatest strength?

I think my greatest strength is that I’m someone efficient, I don’t live to give up on something but also as a Marketing Director my last colleagues told me I was humble.

 

  • Describe a typical work week

Well, a typical work week in my last company:

On Monday I was giving the order to my team on what they had to do, what were the objectives we had to complete for the end of the week.

I trusted them so I was confident and my door was always open if they had any trouble or questions.

Then, I had various personal task that I was doing on my own. At the end of the week we had a meeting to see what the team accomplished.

Finally, on my weekend I was planning the new objectives for the next week.

  • What motivates you?

I really like to communicate and share opinions, it’s necessary to me. That’s why I’m really motivated about teamwork & generally in my life what motivates me is connecting with people, learning and discovering new things.

  • What are your salary expectations?

My salary expectations, well, I only don’t want less than during my last job but that’s it.

  • What are you passionate about?
  • In my personal life?

Well, I love going to the cinema, spend some time with my friend and my family. I love reading, cooking, listening to music,

  • Give some examples of teamwork

Honestly, there is many things we can put as teamwork, I think. If you’re talking about teamwork in my job it’s mostly sharing opinions, ideas and giving life to a project together.

  • How do you evaluate success?

I’m not sure success can be evaluated, it’s really subjective. But, to me I think success is mostly being acknowledged by your colleagues and in your field / sector.

  • Describe a difficult project and how you overcome it.

Well last year I had a hard situation to handle. Indeed, one client told me I had to do a project and to finish it within a month.

First, I thought it was impossible really, I saw my superior but he said I had to accept this mission. So, well I worked really hard, we had many meetings with my team and we did it. Together. Without them it would have been totally impossible.
